Leadership in Everyday Moments
At King’s, we see leadership in the everyday. It grows as students choose character and action in the small moments: welcoming a new classmate, giving honest effort, speaking truth with kindness, listening first, taking responsibility for mistakes, and serving without being asked. Every child has a circle of influence, whether that is in the classroom, a sport team, a friendship circle or a family.
Shaping Tomorrow's Faith-filled Leaders
From Early Learning to Year 12, students are encouraged to lead with character, grounded in a Christ‑centred worldview and our mission to educate students in Christian leadership for tomorrow’s generation.
Leadership in Action
Formal leadership roles matter, but they do not define leadership. Yes, we appoint College Captains, Culture Captains, Prefects and House leaders, and many students lead through chapel bands, the LIFE service program, missions, sport and the arts. We also celebrate leadership in action, not just in title. As students build confidence and capability to lead they will become leaders of influence throughout their lives.
"Let your light shine before others, that they may see your good deeds and glorify your Father in heaven."
Matthew 5:16
