"Faith is at the heart of all we do — shaping our values, guiding our actions, and building a culture where every student is encouraged to belong, believe, and become the person God has called them to be."
Christian culture is the heartbeat of our College. Our mission is to educate students in Christian leadership for tomorrow’s generation, shaping young people who serve with wisdom, courage and compassion. We welcome families from all faith backgrounds into our Christ-centred community were questions of faith and life are encouraged and belonging comes first. Guided by committed Christian staff and chaplains who reflect the love of Jesus in word and action, students are supported to Belong, Believe and Become.
The foundation of Christian leadership is to love others, as modelled by Jesus. We teach what this love looks like in everyday choices, guided by 1 Corinthians 13:4-7: patient and kind, humble and truthful, protective, trusting, hopeful and persevering. A culture of love creates safety, provides freedom to make wise choices and requires responsibility. This approach to character formation and behaviour education guides students in learning to lead like Jesus in classrooms, friendships and the wider community.
Our distinctly Christian worldview is woven into every aspect of our curriculum. We begin our day with devotions and prayer, gather for weekly chapels, and grow through the LIFE program, service opportunities, camps and life-changing mission trips where faith is explored and nurtured. Students graduate with a framework of Foundational Values that shapes character and a personal code that will travel with them into future pathways. In partnership with families, our chaplaincy and wellbeing teams provide practical care and mentoring so that leadership, learning and faith can grow together.
Foundational Values
At King's, our Christ-centred culture is shaped by our Foundational Values — Learn Passionately, Live Purposefully, Love Faithfully and Lead Diligently. These values, grounded in Scripture, guide the way we learn, live, and lead together as a community.
Living Our Foundational ValuesStudent Leadership
Leadership is more than a title — it’s built in the everyday choices our students make to serve, encourage and inspire others. From Early Learning to Year 12, we nurture Christ-centred leadership that grows character and prepares students to make a difference in their world.
Growing Tomorrow's LeadersService for LIFE
Through the LIFE program, students put faith into action, serving others locally and globally while growing in compassion, teamwork and servant-hearted leadership. From volunteering at College initiatives to mission trips, students are guided and mentored to discover their gifts, build confidence, and make a meaningful difference in their communities.
Cultivating a Servant HeartChaplaincy
King’s Chaplaincy guides students in faith, character and relationships. From chapel and worship to camps, mission trips and one-on-one support, our chaplains walk alongside students, helping them grow in confidence, compassion and deepen their personal relationship with Jesus.
