King's Christian College
Early Learning
King’s Early Learning Centres operate across all our campuses, Logan Village, Pimpama and Reedy Creek, offering Kindergarten Approved programs in a warm, nurturing Christian environment. Our Early Learning Centre welcomes children from three years old until they start Prep, with Pre Kindy and Kindy classrooms.
A Start Full of Promise
These early years provide a start full of promise and lay the foundation for a love of learning. Working in partnership with families, we help children feel safe, known and supported as they develop curiosity and confidence for the start of school at King's Christian College.
Our play-based, child-initiated program encourages our youngest learners to build confidence through hands-on experiences suited to their interests and needs. Guided by caring, qualified educators, children explore, create, ask questions and grow early language, numeracy and social skills. When children engage deeply from an early age, they build a positive attitude towards lifelong learning.

Transition to Prep
Children are well prepared for the transition into our school Prep program. Across all centres, our Kindy rooms are located close to the Prep classrooms. During the Kindy year, children often visit and use school facilities, including adventures to our Lower Primary library, chapels and other areas of our campus. They enjoy a delightful Term 3 sports day with introductory inter-house races, and meet primary and high school students for reading, games and shared activities that build connections across ages.
Early Learning staff work closely with Prep teachers to ensure the year before school supports emotional and social growth while building foundational numeracy and literacy, so children begin Prep with confidence.
Due to demand, waitlist priority is given to families intending to continue into primary school at King’s.
"Let the children come to me, and do not hinder them, for to such belongs the kingdom of God."
