2026 International Student Fees
All fees are quoted in Australian dollars (AUD). International student fees are reviewed annually and may be subject to change. If fees are adjusted, the revised amount will apply from the date of implementation.

Primary School consumables include: stationery (pens, pencils and exercise books), bus transport to and from excursions and sporting events, camps, student ID photo, accident insurance, classroom resources, and the technology levy (including a 1:1 device from Year 5).
Please note: The Year 6 camp is charged separately.

Initial Enrolment Fees
To begin the enrolment process at King’s Christian College, a non-refundable Application Fee is required when submitting your application. Once a place is offered and accepted, a one-time Enrolment Fee is payable to confirm your child’s place at the College.

Payment of International Fees
International student fees are charged and payable per semester.
Payment Options
Fees may be paid using one of the following methods:
- Bank transfer (overseas): Payment details will be provided in the Letter of Offer.
- In person: Payments can be made at the College Administration Office by credit card.
- Direct debit: Available for families residing in Australia.
Due Dates for 2026 International Student Fees
- Semester 1 fees are due by 12 January 2026.
- Semester 2 fees are due by 29 June 2026.
Withdrawal of a Student
Written notice must be provided to the International Department at the commencement of the term prior to your child’s departure from the College.
If the required notice period is not provided, one additional term's fees will be charged in accordance with College policy.
All outstanding fees and charges must be paid in full prior to the student’s exit, unless alternative arrangements have been approved by the College.
Enrolment Conditions and Refund Policy
Families are required to read and understand the College’s Enrolment Conditions and Refund Policy, as outlined in the Written Agreement.
The enrolment fee is non-refundable, except in the event of a visa refusal. In such cases, refunds will be assessed in accordance with Item 6a of the Refund Policy.

Queensland Curriculum & Assessment Authority (QCAA) Fees All Year 11 & 12 Students | |
The QCAA fee applies to all international students in Years 11 and 12 who plan to apply to an Australian university after graduation. It covers the moderation and processing of student work, calculation of results, and the printing of certificates by the QCAA. |

Homestay Fees Years 7 - 12 Students (where applicable) | |
When a student chooses homestay, they will live in a College-organised homestay. The cost is $465 per week, and $240 per week when the student is away from homestay. |
